Meg Montague PhD (Sociology), BA Hons. (Social Anthropology), Grad. Dip. (Public Policy), Adv. Dip. (Group Facilitation) was appointed to the Committee in late 2018. She has had a long association with homesharing, including evaluating Homeshare Victoria’s pilot program in 2001; writing the Policy and Procedure Manual 2002; facilitating a number of HANZA and Homeshare International planning sessions: and most recently undertaking Stage 2 of the Home Share Melbourne Feasibility Study 2016. Meg is Director of Montague & Associates: Social Policy, Research & Evaluation Consultants, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Her governance experience includes time as the Dept. of Education nominee to the governing council of Swinburne Institute of Technology (1986-1991); a Board member at Hanover Welfare Services (1996-2008), including a sting as Board Chair (2003-2008); and as a Director at Foodbank Victoria continuing from 2009. Meg is also a Life Member of Hanover and current member of Launch Housing Advisory Council.
