The HANZA 2018-19 Annual Report has arrived!

The report catalogues a year that has been characterized by both highlights and challenges; thankfully, on balance there have been more of the former than the latter! Highlights include the our submission to the Royal Commission on Aged Care Quality and Safety, the success of Home Share Melbourne, the expansion of HANZA’s Board to welcome new talent in the form of three new members, and the 6th Annual Homeshare World Conference, which took place in Brussels last May. Difficulties have included the ongoing challenges of finding a place for homeshare under the regime of NDIS and MyAgedCare. We also bid farewell to our much loved President, Annette Madden OAM, and Vice President, Lyn Grocke, both of whom announced this year that they were stepping down. On the whole, though, we look forward to 2020 with enthusiasm and excitement!
